K162 Mechanics - Is CPP Fozzie's 2014/08/13 Post The Most Current?

Apologizes in advance. I know you experienced guys are groaning at yet another discussion of K162 mechanics.

I tried to research on my own, but there's just a LOT of info out there.

This post from CCP Fozzie on 2014/08/13 gives the updated-after-feedback mechanics to K162s in the Hyperion release:

Does this accurately describe the mechanics as they exist now? Or have there been changes to the changes of the changes?

Agree, it's kinda hard to tell if something's changed unless you happen to have a toon where the k162 opens up and happen to time when you reached it from the other side... so it's kind of an untestable hypothesis.
