For the past year or so i've been battling with disconnects on and off while playing. What happens is my client stops responding for a few seconds then closes and a new one opens and i have to log back in. Usually this only happens every once in a while and has been a nuisance that i can deal with. However recently ( with the introduction of the crucible expansion) it has started to happen more frequently. Mostly when i engage in combat with other players.

A few things to note: I'm sure you've heard this a thousand times but it only happens when i'm playing eve. When it happens i noticed that my router losses internet connectivity for a few seconds? I'm able to log back on immediately and eve runs fine... until it disconnects again Evil!

So i was wondering if anyone was experiencing similar issues? Does anyone have any advice on how to improve my connection or any possible troubleshooting steps i'd need to take?
