A request to CCP on clarification

With the removal of drones on supercariers would it be possible to get a clarification from CCP on what skills ACTUALLY effect fighters and fighter bombers? i cannot find any concrete information and hear wild speculation from all the base drone skills do to none of them, to only drone navigation.

NONE of the drone skills affect fighters/fighter bombers because they are FIGHTERS, not drones.

Q: do omnidirectionals influence fighters? or does "Improves the optimal range and tracking of all drones." actually mean .. all drones.

reason for Q is the fact that evehq shows it does influence fighters.
