The Free Gifts (where can you find the choices you made?)

I happen to have 8 Eve accounts, 7 of which are active.

I chose what gifts I wanted, but forgot exactly which characters chose what

I know I chose 1x Fuel block BPOs and 1x Aurum, but do not remember on which characters (I want to double-check my choices)

However, I got 2x Fuel Blocks, and NO Aurum

Advise me how this got changed?? (I don`t remember my exact account choices, but DO remember choosing Aurum once

You get a gift per account.

You can find the gifts under your Redeem Items button on the character select screen.

If you are sure you chose AURUM (And did not make a mistake) contact a GM / petition it. The forum cannot help you with that as we have no access to the account management interface.

Edit: Note, they have said they cannot / will not change items around.

A GM could give an answer here...

Petitioning it can be awkward, as not sure what category, and CCP reject petitions sent to incorrect categories..

Seems to me he/she knows they chose AUR, but not which character it was chosen on. Fact they got 2 BPO sets suggests to me it was user error. But ... again.

Odds of us being able to help / GM / Dev posting a reply here is marginal. They will likely tell him/her to file a petition as they seem to do for most specific queries relating to this.
