Where do I get skills list with modifiers for every level increase with training multipliers. requirements for them.

That would be in dgmTypeAttributes, from the SDE. (both rank and requirements)

you'd determine which attribute from dgmAttributeTypes.

you'd determine the typeid for the skill from invTypes.

Which RDBMS are you using? MySQL, Postgres, MS SQL ...?

And if you're not using the official MS SQL from CCP, where'd ya got your conversion from?

I got OpenOffice cuz yahoo answers said that it opens .db format, but ill get the mysql.
