Judging from the advertisement your corporation looks like a veritable smorgasbord.

Fedo. Fedo? Fedo!

Op success, I guess?

Sure, why not. I claim victory eventhough I fail all the time. Its all about perspective. We all die, "OP SUCCESS! You all knew this was a welp fleet.. right? Im sure I mentioned that before we left." or my personal favorite: Victory is ours!But.. all we did was safe up and hide. Exactly, we bravely guarded those safespots.. and none of them were breached on my watch.

How do kitchen appliances reproduce? Is it sexual?

Is my toaster sleeping with my sink? The refrigerator with the oven?

What a filthy, smut filled kitchen.

One should never underestimate the promiscuity of a toaster. Never.

Considering how every appliance in the kitchen is designed for something to go "inside it" I can only agree with this sentiment.

Be careful with the microwave though. She's a magical freak.

Back on topic:

Yes, getting wardecced by multiple people is legal.

Yes, there are solutions for your "issue" (hint: diplomacy, moving to low-sec).

And yes, it probably has something to do with that "guide" one of your members are responsible for.

just drop and reform your corp/alliance. Wardeccs make highsec corps/alliances basically worthless...thankfully ccp seems likely to fix this soon.

I know.

But if the war is sufficiently annoying to make posts about, it would already be less work to disband the alliance, reform, and run it like a fly by night disbanding and reforming whenever decced. And if that is too much work, don't bother with the whole corp/alliance thing so they basically are of no benefit anyway.

We are an industrial corp that has been war decced last Saturday.
Up till now, we have stood our ground and kept them from killing enough of their other targets.
Yesterday we got another wardec in from another merc corp, we suspect they were hired by the first one.
And then today we got yet another wardec, also hired by the first merc corp.

Is this considered acceptable use of game mechanics?

So Imma gonna level with you here, this advice may be harsh, if you find it that it is, I'm sorry it's just the way I talk to people.

So first off, Merc corps tend to watch each other Wars, when on Corp tends to dec and gets some good kills, Others will follow in as you've shown to be a easy target. So Losing a lot of ships is basically covering yourself in steak sauce and running into a lions den. Kill an Aggressive Wartarget is good. But Blue balling is even better. If you can keep corps from killing you at all. It's an extremely effective way to shut down any future decs.

Control is the most important part of the Wardec. If you can choice when the fights happen, you can win the war, either A. By not allowing any fights to happen, and stopping the fun.

Or B. Choice the right time to fight, Like you did with the Oruthurs, but this can be a double edge sword. As you may cause the Target you killed to Focus on you. Or B, cause them to bring in more allies.

As a Note, Pursuit of Happiness, Would not pay other merc because you happened to kill one of them. They are not like that. Give them some credit in that regard. POH are fine Mercs and pride themselves on being a "Merc Killer/ The only Merc Service who willings fights other Mercs". They are better then bring in allies. Insulting them like this would might make them focus you even more, that I can't say.

Now, coming to the forums and more less whine about all the people deccing is a VERY bad idea. The reason being, is that ALL the mercs, Advertise here in C&P and will see this. This is effectively making a FAR more larger target as you've shown to give 'tears'.

Marmite, Forsaken, Deadly (Now Absolute Defiance) PIRATE, Private Parking, and more Watch this part of the forums like eagles. So you've basically jumped into the lions den again.

To answer the your question, Yes it is allowed. You are allowed to bring in allies, as many as you wish. To fight back with. Even you don't have allies, then I'm sorry. But you're SOL. Work on getting blues. Useally if you can score a blue with another Merc, A big one, you are almost guaranteed a pass from all other Mercs. It's "Bad for Business" For merc to fight each other. You may get a big pay for it, (10+ Bill I can see some Mercs asking for Merc v Merc contracts) But you tend to lose a lot of **** on both sides, and most people in merc corps don't want that.

Now going on. The best way to handle a situation like this is privately. Talk to the Merc DIplo's. Like Xorphix and Zeus. Work out a surrender fee, or even better, future allies. Sometimes, you don't need to pay a large amount of isk to do it. If you can produce alot of ammo/ships/moduels mercs will take that as payment. Marmite has a deal to some degree with a few High-sec Alliances.

Sometimes we are nice too just drop the dec if you are polite.

But going public might damn you to further decs, and refusals to end decs even if you offer a surrender.

Hope this helps. Remember that in EVE, Friends are more important then ISK. Mainly because ISK can't shoot back.

Literally everything about your corporation/alliance screams "Wardec us right now you will get loads of easy kills, we're super disorganized and have no PVP experience at all. Dig in!"

And then one of your guys decided he was such a genius he'd tell everyone about what an awesome target you are in public.

My suggestion is that you pay off us and pursuit and have us ally into the two pending wars. Although my guess is that actual diplomacy is too hard for you guys, that would require compromise and interaction with other people.

Timeline....

We see a bunch of guys flying around in ships and we think hmm lets dec them they seem fun.

We find out this is true when a fleet of about 30-40 chars turn up in our home system with a tin pot dessie fleet.

We loose a ship and then get smacked for being not so good and that you will win the isk war.

Myself and my brother then undock apparently RR BS to fight when actually we are testing your dps and working out what to compensate it with. PS no RR was involved.

A friend of ours see's your fleet and thinks "id like some of that pie as well"

You then moan because were hitting you from range and start taking you out one by one.

You loose a tengu and a 5 bill isk pod with a ca-3 and a ca-4 in it.

We tell you to "eat ****"

You then bleat on a bit more and send more large gangs to try and curb stomp and also post in forums about game mechanics.

ISD dumps your post in C&P Shocked

Current situation.....

You have a lot of inbound wars and this is not because of us. We haven't asked anyone or paid anyone to join in the fun. Thats not what we do. You have brought that on yourself.

TBH its only pixels so just have fun Big smile

EDIT::

OH forgot to say CaldariMerc from Blood Moon Traders [BLMTR], thank your for the information regarding your alliance and that you also fly a blinged out CNR.

Ooops I said that out loud and in C&P. Im so silly Blink

On the third day after your birth myself and my sister's will come to you and decide your fate.

ITT knowing how to defend yourself is whining on the forums about how unfair it is that a corporate ad that basically says "We have no idea what we're doing" and a fellow corp members "successful" corp management guide that is nothing of the sort, attracts predators.

TL;DR act like prey, expect to get eaten like prey.

Also to OP, get your 200+ members into a Derptron or similar fleet and have fun. Even if your members are mainly industrialists everyone can fly some frigate. Call it a break from your regular Corp jobs.
