So who knows why the severs keep going down?

All automated intel should be removed from the game including Instant local/jumps/kills/cynos for all systems/regions.Eve should report nothing like this to the client/3rd party software.Intel should not be force fed to players. Player skill and iniative should be the sources of intel.

If anyone ever looks at you and says,_ "Hold my beer, watch this,"_  you're probably going to want to pay attention.

In reality, CCP has been trying to turn off tranqulity for six months, but the server farm has developed it's own will to live and keeps turning itself back on. The repeated "failures" are nothing more than CCP finally gaining a (momentary) upperhand against their machine overlords.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

I keep telling people that CCP has developed Skynet but they don't believe me.
