anyone else not get the Neural remap x-mas gift?

Chose the neural remap gift last week, but never received it. My other two accounts got there gifts.. Sad

I got my neural remaps on 2 accounts on the correct characters. Im guessing they are still processing them and going through the list of people.

The Neural Remap xmas gift will not appear in the redemption system, it is applied to your character directly. It will appear in your character sheet - attributes area as - Bonus Remaps: 1 (or more if you already have some bonus remaps)

Didn't get mine initially. But just relogged, and I've got them on both my mains. \o/

Sticky says they will be applied throughout the day starting at 14:30 Eve time, which was 5 hrs ago now. They stated if it isn't there right now, try logging in later as they are applying them throughout the day. And as someone already stated, you won't have to redeem them. They will just appear as bonus remaps in your attributes page.

I did for all of my accounts.

In my opinion it is the single most valuable gift that you can get from CCP. It is the only one that you cannot buy for any amount of ISK.
