I've been trying to submit a petition on behalf of a fellow corm member for the last hour but every time i open the drop down menu to select a category i get an annoying "oops" message telling me that something's gone wrong.

A fellow corp member cannot access EVE Online or EVE online's website.

How can i put this problem in front of relevant eyes without using the petition system that isn't working?

Cheers

Below is the petition i've been trying to send, minus personal details and html brackets.

"Ever since the new patch has come out i have been getting this error (pasted below) on the repair tool as i have been unable to connect to anything concerning eve, both the web site to file my own petition, a link to download the new patch manually, or eve itself. I have tried unsucsefully for all of this morning and last night resetting my modem and router multiple times to try and refresh my dns, ip, and etc to allow a connection to remake, unfortunately that has not worked, if you could help me fix this please i would greatly appreciate it.

I've run into the same problem. Could you get your corp member to post a traceroute to the eve server (87.237.38.200) because for me i'm getting packet loss right before the eve domains, and have the same problems of not being able to reach any eve related domain (or some but not others at random times.) Maybe this is something CCP can work out because anyother web related thing runs fine for me. It also happens in osX or win7 so I don't think it's an OS issue. :( anyways, here's my traceroute minus my IP address :)
