Bought characters on SiSi?

I recently bought this character off the bazaar, and was wanting to test some things out on SiSi. Unfortunately, my character does not seem to be there. Instead, I have two "add character" slots. I asked for my account to be reactivated in the appropriate thread, but that didn't seem to do anything. Do I need to wait for a mirror before I will see my this character on SiSi? If so, when is the next one?

If anyone has any info on this it would be much appreciated
