I'm looking for a cheap-ish indy toon that has skills trained in areas like mining, production, trading, freighter piloting, boosting (priority of preference is in that order)

To be clear, with my budget i don't expect to find a toon trained in all these areas or trained to perfection in them either, just skills in that general direction. doesn't need to be focused, just don't want to start from scratch.

buying power is 4-6 billion.

like i said, just looking for a basic indy starter toon with maybe 4-8 million sp or so. not super picky, if you have anything remotely like what i'm looking for post with asking price, what you've trained the toon for and link to eve-board. Price range is flexible
