So, i cant find a post anywhere about fozzies dev blog and I can only assume its down to the sheer shock of everyone it will involve.

I've lived in 0.0 for 10 years, In that time i've conquered numerous regions as an FC, an alliance leader or as a grunt i really have done it all and each time i've done it, It was because i was fighting for something. 0.0 was the ultimate goal for me, to build a space empire in the stars that took time and effort. It would give me great isk rewards and allow me and my brosef's to build a force to be reckoned with.

Now? now we build a block of space that can be pissed on by 10 people. Billions and billions of isk in infrastructure, and i have to babysit it for 23 hours a day or i loose it. All of my assets in 0.0 can now be taken from me in 4 hours. Sure they took the best part of a year to set up, but in 4 hours they are someone elses.

And of course, because GM's have alts in some 0.0 entities, those alliances will have a head start. Thanks CCP! You've just saved me £70 a month.
