Recruitment Scamming/Fraud Channel

On the official recruitment channel, there is a player from the Qvm'L and Imprez04 (same player from the Goonswarm Federation) scamming/fraud Eve online players.

Another player (girl) joined the Eve Voice chant and wanted 400m in ISK for collateral damage. She mentioned, they were the biggest alliance in the game and she was organized Eve Events and also that they provide Eve time codes for their members. They seem very trusty and offer the API key and were ready to move all the assets to their base. (Contact included 1.5b+, Golem, BPO, etc..). The took the contact and both disappeared.

This violated some points to the EULA and also the possibility of real money from their Goonswarn website. We have filled every possible information (even API IP logs) at the Internet Crime Complaint Center and some other International Complaint Center. This is currently under investigation.
