So my alts have received their gifts of physical items, I am awaiting my Neural remap however. Anybody else in the same boat?

i have exactly the same main choose remap no redeem option and no remap alt could redeem her present (as it was something else)

If you have more than one character on the account then check them.

On 3 of my accounts the remap has been incorrectly assigned to the lowest SP/newest character. On the fourth it was assigned correctly as only one character exists on that account. Edit - there is no redeem option, its supposed to be assigned automatically to the highest SP character, which obviously isn't working.

CCP appear to be blissfully unaware of this latest screwup.

that says after DT i will have remap on char with most SPs i do not and i didnt had a redeem option either

I have 2 accounts that have only one pilot and both chose the remap, neither one received one. I also chose the remap on a third account where I have 2 pilots... Neither one recieved a remap.

The remaps will be given throughout the day to the highest SP character on the account after 14:30 server time. If you don't get it right away, check back later. You won't have to redeem them for the remap, it will just appear as a bonus remap in your attributes. Got both mine, and they work well.
