15 BILLION ISK LOAN Request, Collateralized with: HONOUR

I couldn't find "HONOUR" on the market, so I assume you mean the item "A Tank of Honor"? I'll happily fill your loan request on receipt of a contract for 8772 units of "A Tank of Honor".

Have we really become this cynical in Eve that a player trying to make a genuine difference, someone with hopes and dreams for a better tomorrow, a stand up player trying to make Eve better for everyone, must be met with miserly cynicism by the jaded bean counters and flickers of institutionalised mean spirit?

Held is trying to make Eve a better place, see if you can claw open your tight fisted hands and hearts just long enough to at least offer an honest character some well deserved support. If you can't let go a fraction of a single ISK, at least a kind constructive word would go a long way to washing the grime from the ISK you clutch so tightly from your greedy eyes.

Support is deserved for those who try to improve the lot of others through selflessness.

Alot of people dont care for dreams and roleplay when it comes to lending rather large amounts of isk

Held has taken up the heavy burden of leadership, placed the yolk made from foolishness and crafted by the apathetic upon his own shoulders, freely, so that other may enjoy a better high sec and Eve. Held is willing to stand and fight and you are afraid to raise your snouts from your troughs to look over the parapet.

Those without the silver spoons and monocles of easy PLEX, those who graft and work in Eve to make their dreams come true will see Held for the future he can help Eve become. Held represents hope for those brave denizens of Eve who are prepared to dream, to have a vision, to want more than the 0.1 coin game. Held is a leader, a flag bearer, a warrior, behind whom we can unite and throw off the shackles and tyranny of the New Order. Every crusade begins when one man decides enough is enough. I think we can work something out along these lines:
You provide a few billion isk to show you are serious, I augment it with a portion of my isk to purchase the character.
You work hard and send me the remainder of the isk (plus enough to purchase two plex for transfer to your account, plus a low interest rate) within 6 months.
I transfer you the character once you have paid me back in full. Failure to pay means I sell the character to recoup my investment.

Sound good?

I also am concerned that any red tape making a transaction with me more difficult than any other buyer of equal financial means would reduce my chances of successful acquisition, so I ask that the lender be most flexible in this regard.

TL/DR: Please feel free to transfer no less than 15b or as much as 20b to my main character, Held der Finsternis in the most expedient manner possible, and I will endeavor to pay back your funds as quickly as possible. the easier the transaction is, the more generous I expect my optional interest payments to be. And upon successful repayment, let there be no question or hesitation left in all the corners of highsec as to the most reliable honourable standards I commit myself to meet.
