Ok guys so I'm looking for a build for a tengu I will be using on a alt, for level four missions as he is currently training for decent levels for the raven, and eventually , the golem , so and also if any one can let me know, what are your isk rates an hour?

It's recently been announced that the Tengu is slated for a balance pass, with missiles down the line. Not to dissuade you from what is a fine boat; it's the rail Tengu that's being addressed currently.

*Edit: as a missile pilot, I'm actually excited at the prostof a balance pass. There's an awkward gap between Light Missiles and Cruise Missiles that no "heavy" missile option really fills.

I mean it's not been too long since they nerfed Heavy Missiles. Have you read that is changing?
