I'm after a toon that can run level 4's with ease.

Looking for T2 Cruise, T2 Drones, as well as supporting skills also pretty much perfect core skills.
Caldari focused is preferred but will consider others if the right toon.

Looking for a toon that's been developed up to a good level, not just rushed to being able to use xyz skill for example
Needs to have a decent name too :P

Roughly 15 bil available but can find more
