When it comes to building a titan or supercarrier, you only need to have the correct module set up at the POS and control sovereignty in one system, yes? Or do you need to have control over more than one and control a constellation?

Technically you only need the array, which requires sov and an upgraded ihub.

In reality you also need a huge fleet wiling to defend said array 23/7, as it is a huge sign that says you are building supercaps, and anybody that is anybody will try to destroy it.

Supercap builders have to seek protection, and permission, to build. Hence some groups forbid building them, as they draw too much attention.

You need sov @ lvl 1 in the system you want to build in, an ihub, and the supercap construction facilities upgrade installed in the ihub. The corp that owns the pos also has to be in the same alliance as the sov holder. You don't need sov in the entire constellation.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.

Goons have destroyed CSAA of their own renters before. Most nulsec entities also don't want you selling supers to their enemies.

I don't doubt it, I just have to repeat to myself at least once a thread "it's a game."

Don't forget about the ship maintenance array that has to be online next to it when the super/titan is ready to be delivered.
