Kudos to CCP.

They never made it public knowledge that the right eyepiece monocle when affixed to an avatar socket augments turret tracking and dps by 5%

I've been informed that the left stealth bonus is +10% to both, but outwith owning that eyepiece i can only but confirm the hidden bonus for the right eye.

EFT doesn't show it - but once you sport the right monocle in game - you can see the 5% increases in the ship fitting percentages.

+1 to CCP for hidden Easter Eggs
