Hello, I'm very new in this game, playing something around 40days, I was plexing [defensively] for a long time, but then i read that plexing in oposite faction is more profit, so i decided to go there.

And the thing is, destroying defender of novice/small outpost frigate/destroyer takes me a lot of time, 3-6minutes, Im in Fw Gallente against Caldari, trying to beat State Destroyer [ cormorant ] with Corax, and that was pain in the ass, and the time of capturing is a lot more than 15minutes, pls help ? : D

I'm skilled in missiles a lot, almost everything at lv4, and I dont get it why its such a trobule to me, I tried with missiles, and rockets...

How much DPS are you doing in your corax? I have a merlin fit that can solo small/novice quite easily WHILE being completely PVP capable able to almost all T1 frigs most of the time.

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

I had 200DPS/sec on corax, with rockets. I'm trying a lot of things to beat them, but, as you, I am sure i wont be able to destroy state destroyer with my kestrel or condor...

I edited my post earlier, I didint knew that my character changed.

Welcome to FW. Your corax has more DPS than my merlin I use and I can still do small outposts with them. As a general rule of thumb if you can't kill the rat in under 20 seconds it aint worth it because they respawn every 2 minutes.

If you're getting numbed by the constant grind try using a drone boat.

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

I'd guess you are using t2 rockets without a Web and or Painter you might not be getting your full DPS. The other thing to make sure of is that your within your rockets flight range. Do np sit at max range and assume you'll hit, because your target is moving and that can move then further than your rockers can fly. Try using faction or t1 rockets, and being at a shorter range.

You should also join Caldari Militia. We have much more territory to offensively plex and many more people to offensively address in local. It is awesome.

Hey, I mademyself fit [ KESTREL ] that helps me sit on novice outpost, With t2 rockets/ and rigs, with webifier and painter, < does painter help me when i shoot with rockets? I dont see any difference between dmg when I paint target. [ KESTREL ]

Is it possible that, caldari state defeder ships does have special immunity against caldari state ships? meaning, they do have more defense against missile type dmg?: D Is it possible?

How to plex small outposts? shall I fly with destroyer ?

If your target is moving at 400-500m/s the T2 rage rockets will do awfully low damage. Make sure you aren't used Rage rockets or Fury Missiles.

op, use atron w/ t2 blasters. and fyi, dps = damage per second. Smile
