Sorry, don't have a character that meets any of your specifications; but I'm curious as to why you're dead-set against having any industry trained up? I mean, if it has everything you want AND industry, why is that an issue? Is it a RP thing?

I had 2 characters 120+ mill SP who could fly pretty much everything in the game except Titans... I never really flew capitals or battleships etc.. I only trained skills cause I was running out of stuff to train.

Both toons could fly freighters n jump freighters, capitals etc.. but I never used them.. I see industry skills as a waste of SP / time spent.

I've never bothered to do anything industry based in EVE and most likely never will as I'm just a PVPer. I generally do low sec PVP or wardecs in empire and only ever really fly HACs / Recons etc. the biggest thing I fly mainly is command ships.

Lookin for a toon that can fly all 4 races of frigs & cruisers with decent core skills. things don't have to be MAXED but at least lvl 4's n such I don't mind doing some of the training myself. If I don't find a character soon I'm just gonna keep training this one and start over from scratch.
