Hm. The Purifier is an Amarrian ship design.

If they're following Jovian standings (or something), they might be safer to approach in Caldari or Matari designs.

... Gods, I'm reaching.

It's been over a week. Do we have anything solid on what they do and do not attack?

They have attacked Caldari ships just as much as Amarrian ones.

It's clear that it had nothing to do with the ship type and instead resulted from probing the wormhole. They saw the probes at the wormhole and then followed them back to their source. Which says a lot about their tracking ability.

Lisa Ouyano's presentation at the Fourth Seyllin Conference may provide some insight. She's put a fair amount of effort into investigating their aggression patterns.

I was shot down by a Drifter Battleship while piloting a Reaper. I was not targeting the vessel, just flying close to it (3 km).

This happened yesterday, at Lirerim, where an Unidentified Structure was found. At the time, there was an Unidentified Wormhole surrounded by two operational Sleeper structures at system Lirerim. Just two jumps from Eram, where Site One of the Arek'Jalaan Project is based.
