Can we get official confirmation whether or not the remaps have actually been given out? I see some people saying they have gotten them 1) on their highest sp character 2) on their lowest sp character 3) haven't gotten them. I myself am in the 3) choice on 2 accounts (even checked alts with no training to see if maybe something went wrong)

Malaire you are right. Thinking about it, it does seem like the new system has been applied, my old remap has just been named as a Bonus one, and the new gift remap has not been applied to the account. I'd better check the other accounts maybe it went to a different character as one poster said - which would SUCK.

I also seem to have been missed in this remap buckshot spray, while my lesser alt took one to the brain.

I have only just seen this. Perhaps it is added now as DT is just over. I will check when I get back online!

No remaps for me on any account.

When did downtime actually finish? Is this 30 mins after downtime?

Remaps will be applied throughout the day so if it has not shown up yet then try logging in again later.

Maybe remap gift just hasn't been given yet - OP said it might be available after downtime but wasn't certain about that.

Just logged in, its about 1 hour after downtime, no bonus remap. I'm looking on the attributes tab on my character sheet.

Probably 'Reactivation Offers' but as long as it is in the billing queue then that is the main thing.

Yes, you should wait until the remap is on the incorrect character before submitting a petition.

The reason for this to happen is a result of the change from the old remapping mechanics and the new UI that is now active.

Previously, when you only had one free remap, it would not list this one free remap at all and just display the "Remap" button with the "Next Remap: Now" text, despite a timer actually going in the background (or not, which didn't matter at that point as the remap would be used up either way before we changed that).

So in the end: you always had that free remap and had not used it, it just became visible only due to the changes that have been made in Crucible 1.0.3

Thanks CCP.

I got my remaps, 1 petition in for 1 account where the highest SP character is a hauler alt 'finished' training. This was brilliantly done, and despite the people jumping the gun on the 'retroactive' bonus remaps, fairly well implemented.

It seems my friend had lost his chance to log into account yesterday being busy away of computer.

...is there any chance he still may receive this gift? too sad christmas for being only one without gift, when other friends did this choice.

Once again CCP fails. The gift was 2000 Aurum. Not a token. We should have been told about this in advance. I didn't choose aurum because you cant transfer arum from one account to another or transfer it. Had I known the actual facts my choice would have been different. Damnit CCP when will you stop this bullshit. Its irritating as hell and pisses your customers off. And guess what, **** off enough customers and you're out of a job. Why do you do this type of bullcrap? as stated before the rest of the gifts are worth 60ish mission... but the arum could have been sold, Why wouldn't you tell us this ahead of time? What a load of crap. Its things like this that make me wonder why I keep spending my hard earned money to the tune of $60+ A MONTH???

I didn't my gift (fuel) on all accounts.. only on 2 of them, is that a bug also?
