SoE ship would be more fitting.

Were it up to me™ I would just go with a special edition shuttle called the Nimoy and make it look in such a manner as to be a slight nod to the TOS shuttles.

It would have special travel capabilities to reach those Jovian systems and go where nobody has gone before.

BTW it might serve this objective better than merely asking CCP to "do something": we players have the power to hold our own event. An in-game memorial service may be in order here.

I fully support this product and/or service.

Star Trek influenced so many of the things we take for granted today. In game and out of game. A nod to one of its main characters is fitting.

Were it up to me, I would have it be the shuttle, and have it purchasable for one PLEX.

No special abilities, but insurance would replace the shuttle in perpetuity should it ever be lost.

(Encourages players to Go places where... etc)

The PLEX's cash value, in turn to have a meaningful portion donated to whichever charity Nimoy favored in his life.

Normal i wouldn't want a memorial for someone that is an actor or artist, Leonard Nimoy was more than just an actor/artist he gave most of us the vision of what a life among the stars could be and i think a good few of us play this game due to him installing that in us.

so this is a plea to ccp please add a ship in honor of him and give it a scanning bonus after all he was the science officer
