Oh you've got it OK but not on the character you expected it on.

All of my accounts which have more than one character have the remap applied to the LOWEST SKILLED character, not the highest skilled.

The only account where the remap has been given to the correct character is the account where there is only one character.

Better come up with a quick fix CCP or put the GMs on overtime for the next 2 weeks to answer petitions.

I wish I was kidding.

I have 4 accounts. Three of them have more than one character, the fourth has only one character.

On three accounts the remap has been assigned to the lowest SP character. The fourth account only has one character so the remap is assigned OK.

Quite why the gift couldn't be redeemed as usual is beyond me but the tl;dr is that CCP have screwed up again Straight

I choose a different gift. But instead of receiving 10.000 rounds of faction ammunition of each sort, I was offered 100. Petition number. 2719653.

I think you'll find you got 100 stacks of 100 rounds of ammo. 100x100=10,000

Same problem here, 4 accounts, lowest skilled char on each account got the remap, wtf does my jita alt need a remap for?

There is a bug with the remap for new characters.

New characters begin with 2 remaps. If you used just 1 of those remaps then when you receive the bonus remap it sets your "next available remap" to 1 year from the date you used the first remap, i.e. your second remap disappears.
