Suspect timers for being pansies

If you're going to propose such a thing, stop and think about it for a moment.

Does being suspect force players to shoot other players? No. It encourages them to be shot at, but not to shoot other players.

If you play this out to it's logical conclusion, when you are pansy-fatigued, you should be unable to undock in any ship with the hauler role, unable to start or complete any industry jobs, and be unable to target anything but player ships or structures. That would actually encourage fatigued players to shoot at other players...because they can't do anything else.


But that's just if you were going to propose such a thing, which I'm not.
