I certainly could allow Kaine to make a statement, but we all know Anslo won't accept it and he won't stop murdering innocent civilians even if he did. Anslo is turning out to be little more than a mad terrorist.

Here's the thing, Anslo. You're a child. You're an overgrown manchild with your finger on a trigger, throwing a tantrum to get your way. Your trantrums happen to be willfully destructive to the lives of those around you, but that doesn't matter to you. You're the righteous one, and you're going to prove to yourself and everybody else that you're in the right and everyone else is wrong. Mostly to yourself though. Also that mean old Katrina Oniseki who won't do what you tell her to on the IGS.

Even if you did actually murder and/or torture any innocent people, which I doubt even you are capable of doing, you're only showing yourself to be exactly what I called you - a child. Hypothetically, if we didn't have a policy of summarily ignoring the demands of terrorists, I would still happily do so anyways. Thankfully, what I'm about to say is fully within the operational guidelines of the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive:

Let me get this straight.

Here we have an I-RED employee stationed either planetside or working at one of these Customs Offices when they're attacked and destroyed. I-RED apparently has neither the military capability (or perhaps will) to defend the facility, nor concern for the lives of the people there enough to have rescue craft deployed to respond to the reinforcement timer.

His life in danger along with the lives of numerous other refugees, this guy sends out a distress call saying he's a valuable witness. All of a sudden, I-RED springs into action? At any rate, someone else rescues him.

That third party comes to an agreement with I-RED to turn him over with the assurance that he will be accompanied by a legal representative. That representative is quickly killed. I-RED says, "On second thought, this guy doesn't need a lawyer. Trust us its fine. All you people getting upset have no business being interested."

You guys really could be handling this fracas better.

Best case scenario: this "witness" doesn't know anything but had a really good plan to goad neglectful I-RED rescue teams into action.
