22nd Dec: ~30 minute downtime of API services during todays downtime.

As the topic says we'll be shutting down the API for c.a. 30 minutes during todays downtime while we're investigating potential issues. This will also affect pretty much all other online services.

Here is a youtube video ,which has nothing to do with survival in the wild, to peruse at your own leisure during this interruption of services.

This did not happen today. It might happen tomorrow but I will be on holiday then so.. I promise nothing.

I'd rather take the downtime of a day with no API than listen past the 45 seconds of that tune. What?

Not happening tomorrow either... will do this after christmas, likely next thursday.
