seeding special edition ships

since we have the special edition scorpion battleship seeded evrywhere, why we cannot have seeded all other special edition ships sush imperial armaegddon imperial apocalypse state megathron etc.

First, and most importantly, They are not being tested in the current mirror, therefor there is no need for them to be available.

Secondly, The chance that you will obtain said ships in TQ is rather slim. So player testing is also not needed.

Still it would be nice to have access to all the stuff for the science. Except special CCP stuff of course, Although I wouldn't say no to a cockroach.
