EPICentre Syndicate is now openly recruiting for the following:
Mining/Industry = High-Sec and Wormhole bases for Barges/Exhumers, Orca boosters, Freighters/Haulers
PvE = Incursion, Mission Runners, W-Space Site Runners, Explorers.
PvP = We have a base in a wormhole, PvP is the name of the game. You want access to PvP, it flies right up to your front door.
While we operate as we are, growing in strength and expanding our operations is our main focus. As such we will of course be interested in taking any of you that are interested in joining us, so feel free to send in an application even if you don't fit the criteria above. Who knows, maybe we can change your mind or maybe you can persuade us in to something different!

We will also be recruiting for some leadership positions. Most of these will occur through promotion but the role of 'Industry Manager' will be open for public application and for this role we require the following:

• Must be English speaking and online regularly
• A reasonable amount of experience within EVE, stating 12 months of active game time as a minimum.
• An in-depth understanding of how an industry division works, the ins and outs of mining, hauling, research, manafacturing and production etc.
• An articulate and approachable personality capable of micro-managing, delegating roles and maintaining an oversight on multiple people.
• Reasonable comptency with developing spreadsheet models, i.e. could design an industry plan from base materials right the way to the profit margins of the finished product.
• Ability to fly/boost from within an Orca with max skills (The same within a Rorqual would be a huge positive)
• Past experience in a similar role would also be incredibly sought after. Did you run capital production? Have you run your own corporation of alt accounts/characters producing t2 ships? Tell us about it!

EPSYN is a wormhole-based corporation that also runs in high-sec isk making
We operate currently out of C2-4 wormholes, looking into moving up and up until we can't go up any further.

The kind of things you can expect to do basing out of the wormhole are:

• PvE site running of C2,C3 and C4 wormholes based on availability
• Easy exploration opportunities
• Scanning, lots of scanning...
• ABC ore mining and gas mining
• Planetary Interaction
• Corporation PoS access and private PoS rental services
• PvP as and when the demand is there for it

Everything you run through the wormhole will be bought by the corporation from your ore/gas to site blue loot. We'll even take your planetary exports if you want that. Basically this alleviates any game time you would have to spend doing something other than what you wanted to do. You get a flat payment for what you want to do, simple as that.
Life in the wormhole is run out of a PoS to which everyone from Recruit to Director have access. You will have a place to store your ships, access to your own personal storage and access to the shared division, containing an array of useful items from ship modules and ammunition to probes.

Basing out of high-sec most of you will have a pretty good idea what you can do, all of which you can still do with us. But for the activities more in line with what your fellow corpies will be doing you can expect the following:

• Mining
• Mission Running
• Incursions

We have an established base for mining and industry where you can expect a maintained 'Ore Buyback Program', quiet belts and full Orca boosts. In the event we grow, we are fully capable of securing and utilising other systems to compete with corporate demand.
Incursions, the primary source of income for a majority of the higher SP pilots, are run regularly with public fleets. So tag along with your fellow corpies choosing to run them or head along on your own. In the future we look to be able to run corporation fleets but the numbers need to be there first.
Mission running is also an easy thing to tag along and do over in high-sec. Your corp mates are there and running through level 4's together is a good way to get to know people and make some easy isk.

Applicants are encouraged to post on the thread as and when they apply for the sake of public interest. Your in-game corp application should include the following:

• What your interests are in EVE
• Why you want to join us
• Your API Key - Full Access Account Key (if you need help with this feel free to drop me a message)
• Your average time spent playing and timezone
• And anything else you want to share. Past experiences, personal interests, games you play or the colour of your hair. It's your application!
• Applicants for the 'Industry Manager' position specifically should be as thorough as possible in their application.

Hey all. Like AntiMatter said it's nice to get public appreciation so...

Hi I'm Lauren, I'm an alt account that passed the recruitment process and want to train this acount up in to mining/industry. Moved to my new home to see a nice setup with office rental and ore buyback programs.All looks pretty professional and as soon as i have my base skills I'm going to be up and mining. Not so exciting but if I settle in well my main will soon be joining!
Can't speak for much of the wormhole stuff as I only joined yesterday but I'm gonna stick it with EPSYN for a while and maybe join on my main if I like it here :)

All I can say is the high sec side of things seems well maintained and ready to roll, looking forward to relaxing passive isk on an alt! Oh and the guys are all nice and friendly too!

I would like to apply for the industry manager role.

I have been playing for 12 months and 12 days. I have alot of industrial experience. I can T2 Boost an ORCA + Mindlink and 18 days away from the Rorqual :)

I have run two industrial corps before with the latest corp T2 production so the end to end process I know thoroughly from mining the ore to baking the ships in the oven

Take your pick they are all very viable giving my skillset and experience

Contacted AntiMatter Evoria with questions about recruitment and had a long talk with him. He takes his time to feel you out and is not somebody for a short response. Gave me plenty of advice on how to train, what to train and realizing what I actually want to achieve as a newbie. While I haven't had the chance to meet the rest of the team yet I am looking forward to it.

Still getting more inquiries, still recruiting. Pulled in a reasonable 300+ million isk for about 90 mins work tonight in a low class wormhole and some small cat and mouse games with another fleet. I was personally involved in a couple of small skirmish situations involving those ever-hated t3s :O

Solid run of PvE last night clearing multiple wormholes with some of the newer players.
Corporate incursions are on the table and coming up shortly! Roams and other pew pew planned too!
