Yes - but the Circadian Sleepers are in kspace and iirc don't really drop anything of value (that said it's been a more than a few weeks since I bothered to kill one).

When the seeker locked my Anathema I was just approaching the unidentified wormhole using an MWD. I had no target lock on the drifter battleship, the drifter link-thingies or the wormhole. The circadian seeker showed up and started shooting at me. I got podded because I didn't get the chance to allign fast enough due to mwd speed.

Kspace = known space aka. empire space, high security, low security, null security
Wspace = unknown space aka. wormhole space, anoikis

Drifters and circadian sleepers, so far, are kspace only

I think OP is justified by posting here. Players that have gone against similar NPCs lore wise are here, players that play against NPCs that have different-mechanics/smarter-AI are here.

Rumor has it that if they're ECMed when their first shield is down they can't doomsday.
