well as a neutral bystander i can say 2 things:

1. i know who santos is and what he does even though i never was in the same system as he is, so he must be some kind of "legend", i'd say a successfull well known player but that's just me.

2. Get it right....I was at the NPC station and beat their camp. Their fluid array towers were a secondary observation.
