Net yield is actually lower then the reprocessing % shown

So I was was running some numbers when I came across this:

Reprocessing 100 units of veldspar @ 67.5%

Base yield: 415
Tax: 9 --> 2.17%
Unrecoverable: 127 --> 30.6%
Net yield: 279 --> 67.23%

So the Net Yield is actually lower % then the reprocessing % displayed in the Reprocessing menu.

Anyone know why this is.

If it has been explained already somewhere please provide a link because I couldn't find it.

Rounding.

The tax and unrecoverable round up to the next highest integer. So, with small numbers, the net yield suffers more.

Yea, I have been doing the same test on 100 units @63.5%. Still not viable for me as yet. You guys saying because of wastage and tax round ups it may be better when processing a larger quantity!? @June, what are your skills at? I'm currently at reprocessing V Efficiency at IV and Veld-spar at IV. Trying to figure out when it will be more viable for me to re-process.
