Hello guys, I have looked for an answer but all topics that I found on this forum haven't provide it for me (in my case I have tried 'eve online language switch mac os' googleing).
Best answer that I have found - use window mode, unfocus Eve window, change language via cmd+space, focus Eve window.
So I will post here. The problem is: to switch language (in my case: russian/english), cmd+space won't work in official Eve Online client. Other software e.g. Karabiner can't switch language with cmd+shift, only alt+shift. Of course it doesn't work for Hotkeys section of Preference pane too.

You can solve problem with Punto Switcher software. If layout autoswitch irritates you, this feature can be disabled. What you should do is change hotkey for language switching in Preferences of Punto Switcher and everything will work smoothly even in Fullscreen of Eve-Online.

Please be careful during installation of Punto Switcher: be sure to untick "install Yandex elements" as well as "set yandex as default websearch engine" options. Hope this information will help someone.

P.S. I was astonished that official Eve client uses WINE and everything runs so smoothly.
