They have found that lab animals do better overall when they are held and petted regularly instead of being left alone in their cages.

Obviously all the server hamsters were enjoying an extended petting session..

Rolling blackouts at the server facility in order to compensate for insufficient revenue due to using the subscription revenue model in 2015 is my bet.

When the English say Britain they usually mean all the world they think they own.

They dont mean Britain (Britannia as designated by the Romans + Wales and Cornwall)

They dont even mean Great Britain (The whole "big" island)

They mean the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland.

They rarely mean the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Overseas Domains and Dependancies.

Though sometimes, they just mean England.
