Can't launch the game

When i try to launch the game nothing happens. Process eve.exe appear in process menager and it disappears after less than a second. Launcher window doesn't appear, i get no error message or any other response. Rebooting system didn't helped. I tried using repair tool, but with no luck. I tried to submit a ticket, but i'm not sure if it landed, because i got a message "undefined" or something like this (it was few hours ago and my memory sucks) when i submitted it.
Yesterday all worked fine. Eve client was running almost all day with no issues. There were no changes in software or hardware since game worked last time. I use windows 7

Does anyone have similar issues? I still can't launch the game.

I would try two things.
1.) Right Clk - Run as Administrator
If that doesn't work or give you an actual error then do 2
2.) System restore back a day... if there was an update that was done on your computer then that should get rid of it.

i tried running as administrator. no change. there was no update on my pc. automatic updates is first thing i disable when i set new system on my pcs
today i reinstalled the game and it seems like it helped

Same thing happend to me two days ago and this is the message it showed

Remote Info-file Could not be fetched
http://client.eveonline.com/patches/premium_patchinfoTQ_inc.txt
Please check your internet-connection,
If the problem presists, please contact Customer Support by filing a petition.

and i contacted CCP and they sent me an email saying they are having issues.

try going into program files/CCp/eve/bin/evefile and run it it worked yesterday for me,

but today the launcher is showing Tranquility server is offline.

CCP you gotta be kidding me not to be able to access the game for 3 days.
