Thank you for looking into this... I keep getting an error when I try to file a support petition for it.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Still not able to connect through the launcher or the client through the exefile. Both give connectivity errors (can't connect, no response, etc).

On Comcast in Michigan.

anyone that is willing to try to fix the problem at this time is ok in my book

some games have crappy support but it seems this game is on it like blue bonnet

way to go team to get the server back up

Ive had no luck with the launcher.

I ran a repair (to make sure everything was patched), then ran the exefile.exe file in the /bin directory. Runs about 50% of the time.

EDIT: For the record, unable to use launcher but managed to get in with the bin .exe file.

also having launcher issues. received this message:

Please check your internet-connection.
If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support by filing a petition.

however, i was able to log into game as follows:
for mac users:

open finder
click on "applications"
highlight "eve online" double tap and then select "show package contents"
open the resources library
then click on the eve online icon (with the 14.36 gb file).

that should load the old log in screen.

I completely freaked I'm ashamed to say. A couple of billion ISK stranded in space with an unknown connection issue Shocked

I got a nice reply from GM Akilian stating that my ship 'appears to be intact' and that they are aware of the issue and are looking into it.

Obviously I don't like the fact something has happened but I'm more than happy that they're doing something about it in a timely fashion.

In training since January 2007...

I am not having launcher problems, but I am happy to see CCP overcommunicate on this.
