launcher https issue - unrelated to earlier launch issues.

Posting this on behalf of a friend but he's having issues using the launcher (seemingly unrelated to the earlier interruption). he also cannot file a support ticket on the eve website as he encounters a similar error.

The launcher error is as follows:

However he can bypass the launcher and launch the client via the exefile.
