Focus scripted Hictors

I already know that whenusing the focused warp disruption script, Hictors are able to move around, as opposed to being immobile in bubble mode.

But does using the focused script also mean that they can receive logi assistance, whereas they cannot in bubble mode ?

Hics are not immobile while having the unscripted bubble active, they just have a 90% reduction in mwd speed.

And no while scripted pointing something they cant get reps from logy etc. Its pretty much the same rules for scripted or unscripted, reduced speed and no logy love.
