Just subscribed, haven't received bonus ships?

This morning is signed up with a 3-month recurring subscription. According to the signup page this was supposed to come with a Venture mining frigate and 4 exploration frigates. But so far I don't see the ships anywhere in my inventory.

Do I need to do anything to claim the ships?

You have to redeem them.

The easiest way is to open the redeeming panel at the bottom of the character selection screen, then drag-and-drop the items on the character.

The less obvious way is to enter the New Eden Store (NES), and start redeeming on the current character, also by acessing the panel at the bottom of the screen.

Or, simply press Alt+Y ingame (NeoCom -> Inventory -> Redeem Items) Blink
