Anyone know why I can't make the eve test server shortcut?

I've followed the steps in the guide to access test server, I get as far as modifying the shortcut, which I've done exactly as per the guide but I get an error saying:

The name '"C:Program Files\CCP\EVEtest\eve.exe"/server:Singularity' specified in the target box is not valid.

It's exactly how it is in the instructions - what am I doing wrong?

Try putting a space between eve.exe" and /server:Singularity.
