So I submitted a ticket last night and I was wondering if you get sent a confirmation email for it. I realized when I submitted the ticket I wasn't signed in. I'm hoping CCP can cut me some slack here. I wound up playing the trial on another account and decided to upgrade, but I bought the game through steam thinking it would allow me to view a product key that I could use for the triall account I had, but there wasn't an option to do so. I made another account. Since my steam account and my trial had the same email it linked the accounts together so I was hoping I could get my trial character transferred to my steam account. I really don't want to have to upgrade that account just to do a transfer when I'll never use the other account. I'll be sure not to make this sort of mistake again I never bought an MMORPG via steam so I didn't know this would happen.
