Intergalactic Summit

As you are aware, I-RED has gained alot of attention recently, from the Tsuruma colony tragedy to the recent accusations published by Scope.

Initially, I dismissed the Scope publications as merely slander. But the responses made by certain I-REd officials made me realize there was more going on. Helped by the acquisition of the copy of the tapes the Scope journalist has, I propelled my own investigation in the matter, and some discrepancies came to light.

In short, the investigation turned up no direct links with I-RED, but at the same time, their involvment can't be disproven either, there is simply no conclusive evidence.
Important to note is, the 'Killing Field' site does exist, however, it can't be older then 2 years, as that is the time the Kresh Trees have been planted there. Originally they came from someplace else.
What is also odd is how 'clean' the site is. Outside the corpses & trees, there's no trace of anyone being there, no garbage or other things. The outfit worn by the dead suggest they're Syndicate colonists, but with no direct link to I-RED, as no uniform insignias have been found, not anything that hints at it. This eliminates the Scope Hypothesis that it is an internal purge. Other options remain open however.
Also old Caldari dropship imprints have been found in the muddy soil, two in total, but it's unknown if they landed together, or with some time inbetween.
Considering I-RED was in control of the area during this time, it could pay off to check if any Caldari dropships have been spotted in the area during this time.

Who are the culprits of this? Unknown, as I-RED made many enemies during their stay there, from pirate factions they fought to Megacorps who saw their investments flunked due to I-RED's colony development plan, giving the edge to Ishukone.

However, in light of all that was found, Katrina Oniseki might hold the answers, as she ran Project Dustbowl during that time, an I-RED initiative to develop the Syndicate colonies. Any oddities regarding Caldari Dropships flying under I-RED colours are probably documented in light of this.
While I-RED is running their own investigation on these accusations, a neutral third party would be advised to get a more reliable report, due to Katrina Oniseki's history within I-RED, making an unbiased investigation hard.

Summary: there's something odd afoot with these Killing Fields, is it related to I-RED? Likely, but it might be more complicated then it looks at first sight!

When you're investigating a crime, the first question you ask is, "Who profits from this?"

It isn't necessary money game, it could be power game as well. As we all know, Ishukone megacorporation since the start of the war six years ago was distancing from all other corporations.

I think it would be rational to presume breaking Ishukone alumni into two camps, one follows Ishukone high command and loyal to them disregarding their course, and the second one tends to stay with Caldari ideals and the rest of the State, even if they will have to stay at spears with the rest of Ishukone.


Ms. Ymladris, I would first look as suspects at people like:

Korsavius - he tries to represent himself as Caldari, while he can't behave himself like one, and probably would like to get some power by any means necessary, especially applying some minmatar methods, as his origin may suggest; and

Makoto Priano - she is a honorless pilot, and it would be logically to assume she would use dishonorable methods of acquiring some power, she won't be allowed into by conventional means by developing merit, like real Caldari would.
