Tinfoil Prices

I've noticed a sudden and striking rise in the price of tinfoil and its tier 1 components. Does anyone know anything about this price spike? Are lots of people suddenly buying tinfoil hats or something?

Any info would be appreciated.

Mara, you seem to be lowering yourself to these jokes. I am dissapointed. Next thing we know you will be reflexively "pledge 20b" to every scam, ahem, loan thread that comes along.
