[Idea] Impoved Cerebral Accelerator

Idea of making this a thing since it is in game as Prototype Cerebral Accelerator that the new players can get helping them out with some fast skill train times due to the + 9 skill attributes for but only works if the char is under 14 days old. I would like to see a form of this come out for the guys who are past the 14 day mark maybe as a premo service that ccp could charge for. I would pay for it and I know a lot others would too because skilling faster gets you into ships you want faster making you more useful to your corp/alliances needs. Let me know what you think if the devs want to chime in I'd like to hear there what they have to say.

For the love of Cthulu, I wish people would stop making "Pay CCP money for accelerated training" threads.

No. No as in this idea has been proposed 1000 times, and shot down in a flaming ball of wreckage 1000 times.

No paying for accelerated training, no paying for SP, no paying for remaps, no paying to detrain skills into unallocated SP.

Just no.
