Hello, Auction will start from 35 BIL , let me know what's the best you can do for it.

This is a great char, maxed on missiles and more , take a look:

It has 100.000 unallocated SP in case you need it for something and remap READY !
Missile implants plugged in.
No kill rights.
No problems with the police, clean record :) ... no wasted SP's

ill start you off with 35 bill. and you say no wasted sp but there is only 90 million sp in pvp and the rest is pve/indy so thats considered wasted.

thank you for the decent bid. I meant no wasted like I don't have crappy , for me they where useful :) ... anyway, I will try to get around 40 bil for it, we will see in the next day or so
