This star I was unable to notice, in close proximity to the nebulae left by Carolines star while on operations in Deepari in my Paladin against Gallente invasion. Given the very recent appearance of the Drifter battleships, the shattered wormholes closely coinciding with the last supernova.. I feel quite concerned.

Unless of course I've lead myself to believe that this star, is not the EVE Gate?

Corroboration on whether or not this is the EVE gate would be very welcome. As I've spent my life in the Kingdom, I'm unfamiliar with the Imperial stellar landscape.

Hey, guys, just a quick update, I found two more!

Bloop and Bleep

I name them Jaret's Star One and Jaret's Star Two.

Sorry, couldn't resist. Please, jump to another region and see if your "star" is still there. That's what I did when I came across those guys who thought they found another Caroline's Star a couple of weeks ago.

I'm not very familiar with the starscape outside Anoikis myself, but even the remote possibility is very troubling.

Okay, what system are you in? Actually, nevermind because there is nothing, just as expected.

Now, Mr. Victorian, let's not let be mean. She is younger and less experienced. As such, she may as familiar with stellar phenomena.

We want to encourage fresh eyes and an awareness of any other related events.

It appears to be a star with a lower magnitude than the others in your field of view. It's position relative to the background nebula is likely a coincidence.

Yes, you are right.

Ms Tig'res, I want to apologize for my stupidity. Monitoring all these channels and filtering the information surely took more effort than I thought.

we'll split. Half of the stars will be ruled by chaos and random acts of explosion, and the other half by cold, ordered rationality.

Since you don't understand the geography of the cluster perhaps you should wait till you finish exploring New Eden before you go around claiming things you see.

You Empire people are strange.

I live in an environment where almost every world, system and star is unclassified. You don't see anyone there rushing to throw their name on everything.

Putting names on things gives us a glimpse into the past and I suppose it also helps to convey a sense of immortality and reverence for that past beyond practical things. So, it's not just any star by the side of the warp tunnel, it's Caroline's Star and evokes a lot of significant circumstances and consequences for the people who bore witness to them and to their future descendants. It's only natural for people to want to be part of those things that are so visible. Wormhole space, Ms Erica, is mostly invisible to people and it's harder for them to understand and acknowledge things they can't see.

Perfectly visible to everyone here.

So no, Empire people are just strange. But I always knew that anyway.

Maybe not all of 'em, Boss.

Like Mr B, he's awesome. And a few other people. But yeah, it's a weird place. I never feel safe there.
