Well today I can glady say this is the first time I've been scammed in eve. check those skills twice folks brought a char that was suppose to be an orce pilot got fooled.Roll

Character scams are not allowed, per the rules. Petition and see what CCP can do for you.

its not a scam he had the skills listed my own fault only needs a few hours of training.

Regardless, if he/she was advertising the sale as an orca pilot, and you believed that is what you were buying at the time, that makes it a scam. Petition it, I wouldn't have thought there's more then a sliver of grey area when it comes to something like this.

There's not. CCP takes character sales very seriously, and they'll reverse the sale if they think there's even a hint of an issue. Scamming with character sales is basically like saying, "I don't want my account anymore, CCP, please delete it"

No links, no eveboard, no proof.

Move this to C&P with the rest of the proofless scam drivel so that it may be scrutinized by the appropriate personnel and appropriate judgments handed down.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Or better yet, file a petition if you think you were scammed on a character sale and stop clogging up the forums with stuff no one can help with.

Exactly. Scams in Character Bazaar are not tolerated. At all. If you have even the slightest proof that you have been scammed in a character sale, whether as buyer or as seller, I would urge you to file a Support Ticket under the category Billing & Account > Character Transfers.

That said, thread locked as no one on the forum can help you in this and CCP is not going to handle this openly.
