Turned on the TV and it happened to be on a channel that was giving a concert by a certain female singer. My first thought was "what the hell is that noise?" It was her singing.
WTF, just stay on key instead of yodeling all over. I watched for awhile hoping it would get better.

No. it didnt.

I'd rather have fingernails scratched across a blackboard.

Changed the channel. It left me wondering how she could have a following but I guess to each their own.

The singer: Alanis Morissette.

PS: She's weird looking too. If Herman Munster had a daughter, she would be it. But I guess there are those that think she's a babe too.Roll

There are so many "artists" that try to go for the high notes and sound dreadful. Celine Dion, Maria Carey, even some of those whiny boys. It is a pity I can never find the video, I once saw some show, Celine sang a song and Dame Kiri Takanowa came on and sang it; she just idled through it, you could see that she was relaxed hitting those high notes, didn't have to screech at all.

Since then, I have started listening out for the well trained voices, oh yes, James Blunt, disgusting gimmick, it was everywhere, totally hate him and everyone who liked that.
