BUG: Multiple Character Training - Can't train 3rd character!

So not sure if others are also getting this pretty major bug. I've found that you can't train your 3rd character (same account) without training your 2nd character as well.

I specialise my 3 characters in different things (manufacturing/exploration/etc.) but have found that in the situation where my 2nd character runs out of PLEX time, the 3rd character's PLEX time shifts to the 2nd character so the 3rd character stops training.

Please fix this soon because I want to train my 3rd character, not my 2nd character!
